- Assisted Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. Guests may check in outside this window using the self-check-in instructions.
- Please note that we are not able to provide check-in assistance after 8:00 PM, or on Fridays or Saturdays.
- Due to Host’s medical condition, VRBO has formally exempted this property from hosting guests with animals, including assistance animals. We are sorry for any inconvenience. If you have an animal, please let us know so that VRBO can cancel the booking.
- Due to many stairs on the property, both inside and outside the home, this home may not be suitable for the elderly, young children or those with physical disability.
- The outdoor portions of the property, including the pool area, may be shared with other guests staying on the same 3 acre estate.
- There may be dirt/leaves/bugs/wildlife on outdoor portions of the property

**Liability Waiver:** By booking, entering, or using the property, guests agree to use the property, shared areas, and amenities at their own risk. This includes, without limitation, stairs, decks, paths, hillside areas, pool/spa areas, driveways, gates, appliances, furnishings, and outdoor areas. Guests assume all ordinary risks of injury, illness, death, property damage, slips, falls, drowning, accidents, or other harm arising from their stay or use of the property and amenities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests waive and release the owner, host, property manager, employees, and related parties from liability for claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from ordinary negligence or ordinary risks connected with the stay. Guests are responsible for themselves, their party, children, visitors, pets, rule violations, misuse of the property, and any damage or claims they cause. Nothing here waives claims that cannot legally be waived.
