Ken is a great host. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Great location, particularly if you'll be going to different parts of Los Angeles and you'd like a central location. We'd definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for us. There were two bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, both with a private bathroom, which gave our group extra privacy. The place was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Also, the host was kind and thoughtful. We would gladly stay again in the future!

Had a wonderful stay with my two daughters in this charming art deco property. Tastefully decorated, well equipped and great communication/responsiveness from owner. Cute yard and gated for privacy and safety. On a quiet street close to all amenities, restaurants, and a Whole Foods within a 5-minute walk.

This property was in the perfect location for our visit to LA. Ken greeted us and gave us the lay of the land. The house was clean and well maintained with proximity to all the major sites around town. We have already said that we would happily stay again on our return visit to Los Angeles.
