Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

False presentation.

Pictures and presentation do not match the Vrbo website. My wife and pet were supposed to stay with me but were unable to due to the location being on an alley. I explained my problems and concerns to the host and tried to cancel the second month of our stay but host informed me that they could not comply with my request.
