Great location and hard to beat view. We stayed in the presidential suite but the bath tub drain wasn’t connected and so when my wife let the drain out, water went everywhere. They were apologetic and fixed it right away but for that kind of money, attention to detail is pretty important.

I loved everything about this Hotel. The staff greeted me by name as soon as we came in. The ambiance was a mixture of old world elegance and modern amenities. The room was so nice - wood beam ceilings and a great mattress. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food was diverse and delicious. We had a lovely drink in the bar just because the bar area was so nice.

The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating! There was gelato and snacks available for free all day. The breakfast which was extra was amazing! The location was very convenient. Nothing but good things to say!

Very neat facilities, weren't around enough to enjoy them, it was closed before we got home in evening and before we left in morning. The laundry was available and open until 11, it did require a specific laundry card ...
