"Excellent dinner at the Tavern. Pizza was so good, crème brûlée, etc. fancy! Good comfortable chairs all around the property. Copious delicious breakfast with cheerful attendant. Super comfy beds. Executive Room was great!"

"Lovely hotel right in the heart of the town. Room was comfortable, very tastefully decorated and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic but very good, and the hotel itself has several dining options above and beyond. Parking can be tight on a busy weekend night because the restaurants are popular, but we didn't have any issues. My only tiny complaint was that there was dust under the bed, but everything else was spotless. Highly recommend this charming hotel!"

"Wonderful 1920’s hotel. We have stayed a number of times over the last few years. It is safe, intersting and convenient to Syracuse University. We have just loved the historical features of the hotel. Not fancy, but clean comfortable and friendly. Now it is being overhauled by A chain and remodeling is feeling cheep. Room doors over painted and sticking badly. Other minor things we were willing to chalk up to growing pains until we learned about the generic overhaul of the lobby planned to obliterate the charming and gorgeous carved cement entrance . I’m happy to see a great old hotel get saved, but no need to take away its charm!"
