Staff were very nice. Only one elevator working, which made for long wait times getting to and from hotel room. Requested a microwave which they charged me, and I went down and talked to the front desk multiple times, but it was never delivered. They were kind about it, and reversed those charges, but was frustrating to be charged, and go out of my way mul
