"Computer werkte niet bij incheck , daardoor dubbel afgerekend. Dit is wel meteen teruggestort , heb er nog niet eens voor hoeven bellen of mailen . Verder was alles prima in orde. Locatie is top zo vlakbij het centrum "

"Het personeel was professioneel, maar het ontbrak aan een warm en gastvrij onthaal, waardoor wij ons niet welkom voelden en al snel spijt kregen van onze boeking. Bij aankomst hadden wij ook ontbijt bijgeboekt, maar door de ongemakkelijke situatie en het aanhoudende staren van andere gasten hebben wij besloten dit te annuleren. Dit zorgde bij ons voor een onveilig en onprettig gevoel, alsof onze aanwezigheid niet gewenst was. Het hotel zelf is netjes en ruim en in principe geschikt voor...

"The room was nice, bathroom not very private due to sliding door. I had inquired about a late checkout at my reservation. I received an email stating that would be noted and was available. At check in I was told it would 40 extra euros. Would have been nice to have explained that in the email. "

"By far the oldest and most unkept hotel I had to stay in during my time in NL. Only hotel I refused to shower in as it was just well, “neglected”. Very old and unkept. Seemed nobody has used that room in ages. Bathroom was filthy, shower had black marks all around the edges. Tiles had water/ soap marks all over it. Just an unkept and dirty room that’s all. Only place I refused to shower. "

"I stayed during NYE and the manger was so kind and let me check out at 2pm instead of 12 because of the new year. My room was way bigger than I expected due to the pictures, it was very spacey and super tidy. Very close to the train station, felt safe since it’s only possible to enter the hotel with a card and I will definitely come and stay again. "

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk into a private entrance into the back of the park. Wonderful breakfast buffet too with a variety of options to choose from. "
