"Mediocre overall- staff at check in were not pleasant-older white man and woman with short hair- not rude but abrupt and didn’t explain much. I had to go back and ask a few questions and they acted annoyed. Hotel is older so I don’t expect pristine accommodations but just be nice. Housekeeping staff was awesome, came every day and provided whatever we needed. A table on the balcony would have been helpful. Beds not really comfortable. Breakfast was good. A bird flew into the glass by the hot tub and that wasn’t good!!!"
