Wonderful stay on the beach. Super short walk to the provided beach chairs. Beautiful clean beach and calm surf. Sunset views are wonderful. Condo is stocked with every appliance you need, even a blender for my husband’s morning smoothies. The owner Angel is very nice and quick with responses. A couple notes - the long pathway from the parking lot to the staircase is lined with gravel-type white stones. You have to drag your luggage through the thick stones, then carry it up to the third floor. The first bedroom has cute shell shaped nightstand lamps but they are very dim - more for decoration. With no overhead light in the room it is very dark at night. Bring a reading light if you like to read a book before bed like I do. There are a few good restaurants and a small store you can walk to - under 1 mile away. But the key has no beachfront restaurants. You can drive to some really good ones on the bay and also Armand Circle is a fun place to eat and shop. About 15 minute drive. Publix and CVS are about a 10 minute drive.

Place was great. Good location. Everything worked. Be advised there are 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. Very clean except for there was some sort of big stain/spill on the floor just outside the door. Could use some brighter lighting especially in the first bedroom. Overall we had a good stay.

The perfect beach stay kept in great condition. Showers - wonderful with great pressure. Everything needed was within reach to make it the perfect beach vacation. Neat & tidy.

Literally steps from the beach

As advertised on VRBO. Property is literally steps from the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. (No lifeguards). Condo was clean when we arrived. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stocked if you wanted to prepare meals. Landlord was responsive via email. Would recommend!

Amazing

What a fantastic spot. The beach was terrific… the condo had every amenity we needed…. The pool was lovely. Dolphins and manatees in the water… close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunsets and storm watching. We are so sad to be leaving because we had such an amazing vacation. I can’t think of a single thing we would have done differently. Thank you!!!

Longboat Key stay

We drove by the place before realizing that was where we were. It really didn't look anything like the listing because they only showed what it looked like from the beach side. The parking lot was really small for all the big suv's, but there isn't much one can do about that. In all though we had a great trip! The place was clean and the owners were responsive when I had a question.

Love Longboat Key

Loved the condo at Longboat Key. It was perfect for our visit to Florida. Angel gave us a little bit earlier check in. We did have a small issue upon arrival, but Angel was very quick to reply and work on getting the situation remedied. We had a very pleasant stay in LBK.

OK property

Property was nice but the WiFi was intermittent and completely failed on our last day which made loading the truck difficult with three kids. The third floor unit has metal grade sand paper for stairs so bring your close toed shoes. There seemed to be a lot of smokers on our first two days there which made swimming in the pool unpleasant with young children. The central air would also seem to stop running and the unit would get very warm. Seems like for the price that you’re asking, you need to fine tune the details!

we had a great stay , the view was fantastic from the unit and the sunsets was amazing. It was just as it was listed. The amenities was great in the unit. and very comfortable. Had an issue with ac but it was addressed and fixed right away

Wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved this condo. It looks exactly as presented in the description. The location was great, and we loved spending our days at the beach! So convenient to restaurants and other attractions. Very relaxed, peaceful resort. We would definitely stay here again!!

Longboat Key.

We had a wonderful time at this condo on the Gulf. The beach and view of the beach from the unit was fabulous. Great lounge chairs were provided along with towels and umbrellas. The kitchen was nicely stocked The only complaint was the lack of an elevator to the 3 rd floor. Hauling luggage was tough other than that we had a wonderful time. We are 3 ladies in out late 60s

Nice condo on a quiet beach

Nice condo that comfortably fits 4. We have a family of 5, and our 13-year-old just fit on a cot that just fit in the master bedroom. The kitchen has enough of what you need for preparing meals (we cooked 2 family dinners), and the living room and screened porch are spacious. You don't hear any sounds from other guests so can thoroughly enjoy the sound of the waves. Please make time to take long walks on the beach! The heated pool was the warmest we've ever had in Florida. It was like bath water, which is very important for a December vacation. We spent quite a bit of time down by the pool. The natural landscape between the condo and the beach along with the plants, trees, and flowers around the pool and building creates a lovely atmosphere that feels very Florida. Then add in nearby shops and restaurants and you'll have a wonderful vacation.

First Longboat Stay

We had our best vacation ever. The area is beautiful with lots of great restaurants. Our only negative was that we could not get ahold of anyone to fix our door and I had to fix it myself but I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing vacation

This property is just perfect. It is right on the beach, away from the crowds and within 15 minutes of everything. The host is very quick to respond and super helpful. The listing is exactly what it is. Loved watching the dolphins, shell hunting and gorgeous sunsets. Good restaurants close by too. Would definately recommend. We stayed in unit 3. We will go again.
