"We really felt pampered staying at the Salt Inn. Loved the stylish room which included all the amenities including earplugs, amazing smelling soaps and a very comfortable bed with crisp white cotton linens. The breakfast buffet was loaded with lots of tasty gourmet treats. The fresh lemon cornbread and the chia pudding with berries were two of my favorites. We'd definitely book here again!"

Family-friendly home in the trees w/ wraparound deck - near beaches
8/10 Good
"The property was very quite and comfortable! Although it was very hot when we arrived and took a lot of time to cool down, opening all the windows, getting the fans going. There could be far more robust fans that oscillate. The wifi also was not working."
Renovated bay-view home, WiFi, multiple decks, hot tub, dog-friendly
4/10 Poor
"The location was good, in close proximity to Provincetown and beaches. The house itself was adequate, but the listing was misleading. The name is "Bayview House", but the bay is only visible from the upper decks. This is where the trouble starts. One deck was accesible only from a bedroom. It was inadequstely supported, and felt unsafe when walked on. The two plastic lawn chairs appeared dirty and did not lead one to want to sit on them. The second upper deck could only be reached by a narrow spiral staircase with an unsafe appearing railing, covered in foam. The main deck holds more dirty-appearing plastic chairs (my guess is mildewed and then powered washed) and one end of it holds an abandoned charcoal grill, a random pile of firewood, and the vines that are so ubiquitous that Jumanji comes to mind. The house in general is not for anyone with impaired mobility. The main entrance is reached via a steep staircase with awkward handrails where the paint is peeling. With the exception of one downstairs bedroom with twin beds, all orher bedrooms are reached by stairs--in the case of tbe bedroom with the deck, extremely steep, awkward stairs. While the intetior of the house is roomy and adequate for a large party, there is essentially no usable outdoor space. A pergola holds abandoned lawn furniture and has a good-sized tree growing through it. Any other spaces are overgrown and littered with abandoned, rusty artifacts. To use the fire pit would be to invite a forest fire. "
Dog-friendly, hilltop home near the beach with hot tub, firepit & gorgeous porch
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone in the area is so polite and friendly. The house is beautiful and located so close to P town. The hot tub and out door area was great to socialize in. The house was cozy and had so many extras . Definitely well worth the stay . I wanted to extend the stay it was so nice but it books fast ."
Contemporary beach house on dune directly on Cape Cod Bay
10/10 Excellent
"In sum: wonderful house, gorgeous view, spacious beach and family friendly environment. We love staying in houses that are actual homes, especially ones designed for intergenerational gatherings, such as ours. The layout allows for guests to be together in large or small groups, and the bedroom wings permit separation of families for privacy and noise management. The kitchen is very well stocked with expansive counter space, which is helpful for feeding large numbers of people. There is a ton of storage space throughout the house. The family room furniture is low to the ground, soft- edged, sturdy and comfortable. Our grandsons (ages 2, 3, and 6) could easily climb on the pillow stuffed couches and use the low coffee table. The large, easily accessed deck was lovely. We could seat ten plus our highchair at the outdoor table, gather in small groups in the comfortable seating area, and/or read on lounge chairs shaded by an umbrella. The numerous and continuous windows and glass doors kept the living spaces bright (bring eye shades for the bedrooms) and the sweeping panorama always in view. Note: this house has lots of healthy stairs inside and down to the beach. One small negative: a few of the amenities did not work well but were functional. Overall, this is an exceptional and memorable property. Thanks, Ernie and Anne!"
