"Beautiful resort. You'll need a cab to get to the city center but it's not too far, but why would you want to leave after you see how nice the resort is. Indigenous fruit trees were all over with a beautiful canal and freely available canoes to paddle along it. It feels like you're staying in paradise with all the natural areas and beautiful landscape. The pool is huge and a wonder for kids. I wanted to spend forever there. The staff was also great. "The staff, from Hanna our room cleaner - professional and with a sunshine smile - to the hotel General Manager, who dealt with an issue we had that was no fault of the hotel with speed and effect. A big thank you to Boo at Reception when we booked in and in other areas of her duties. ALL the restaurant staff were brilliant the staff at the hotel entrance where so obliging and helpful. When we left is was a sad occasion but there is no doubt whatsoever that WE SHALL BE BACK - believe!"
