「It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. Sauna and garden to relax. A pool table and board games. Fire place in the lounge area. Victoria was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again but not like a modern hotel.」

「My husband and I stayed at Chautauqua with our 4 and 1 year old. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the complementary breakfast was very good, and the close walk to the beach and pool made our stay so fun. 「We decided to try a "new" dog-friendly hotel in Astoria, and were not disappointed in our choice. The Lloyd Hotel Astoria Bayfront was very conveniently located for getting to the fairgrounds (where our main event was), as well as for heading to either downtown Astoria or Warrenton. It would be nice to have a turn lane for turning left from the hotel, but when it was difficult to do so, it was fairly easy to turn right & go around the nearby roundabout.
