We love this place. I cannot say enough good things about their staff. We have stayed here three times now and on our last trip we did have a few issues but the staff went above and beyond to make things right. This will always be our go to place in Long Beach!! Great breakfast and very accommodating for pets.

We just love staying at this hotel. But this time, the bed was so hard that we, my husband and I, both just couldn't sleep so we actually left early to go home so that we can sleep. Yes, we cut our trip short because I needed my beauty sleep.

Chautauqua Lodge is very clean and the staff are outstanding. The place has a few things that could be fixed but if you want perfect go somewhere else. For the money I don't think you can find a better place! They also serve a very nice full breakfast and not just toast and juice. The staff are helpful and friendly and will accommodate your request if they can. Me and my family have been coming to Chautauqua Lodge for many years and have always been happy!

The staff was great. They moved us to another room when there were problems with our first room and changed the batteries in the door lock when it failed. Was a long walk to the beach and a small drive to shopping. Our stay was ok.

My family stayed in one of the newly renovated condos, absolutely beautiful! The condo was updated so modern but still beachy! View was stunning, perfect sunset views from the balcony! Staff was so wonderful and accommodating, one of our cars wouldn’t start and they were accommodating when we needed to extend our stay another day. My family had such a great time, we plan on renting the condo for more family beach getaways! Thank you Chataqua staff! Breakfast was great as well, good variety of breakfast foods!

Our room looked to be in poor conditon compared to the other rooms. Also there was a leak from the hose on our toilet and the floors weren't cleaned very well when we checked in. For the price I paid I would pick another place to stay next time I'm in the area.
