Always stay here when attending spark arena as in good walking distance. But when returned from concert all the doors to get to the lift were locked so had to find stairs to be able to get back to our room! Should have a key swipe to get back in for the elevator. Not good if you struggle with stairs.
You also now have to pay a safety deposit which in all my years staying here have never had to do in the past so another thing to look out for

This is our 4th stay here and it never fails to deliver. Rooms are spacious, always immaculate and location is incredibly handy to theatres and car parks. Needed milk in the morning and it was at our door in minutes. Nothing was too much trouble
