"The room was clean, parking is exceptional and it’s just two blocks off of the main drag with a restaurant"

"Parking was right next to my room. There is construction going on next to the hotel; however it had no impact on my stay. Very quiet. This was for a conference at Lake Junaluska. Reasonable rate, considering what it would have cost to stay at the lake. Took about 10-15 minutes to get to the lake each day."

"Gas grill could have been better, the upstairs bedroom had the balcony blocked due to borer bees, the kitchen sink was clogged and garbage disposal didn’t work (these two things were fixed), and it lacked closets and hooks in most bedrooms. It had a great view, game room and hot tub was nice. Viking stove/oven was cumbersome. Two safety issues: rock steps going into the house and some rugs were a trip hazard. "

"Great place. Couple of things could be fixed, but overall a good experience. With this being 5 bedroom place, sleeping 10 people the hot tub is small fitting only 3 people."

"This was a sweet little spot! We randomly chose Waynesville as a central spot for playing in the southern Appalachians to tag 5 state high points, and we were very pleasantly surprised by our choice!This is a very new house, so no old grunge in there. It's very nicely and appropriately decorated and stocked. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and there were normal condiments, spices, oil, etc, in the kitchen. And there was a super cute doggie bag full of great things for our dog, plus the fenced-in yard made it convenient to let her out without us always having to go with her.The neighborhood is very safe in this cute little town, and it's an easy walk downtown to check out all the cool (dog-friendly) shops, galleries, breweries, and Kilwins Ice Cream."

"Unique little place. Wasn’t sure where to stay last minute and this place had pretty good reviews compared to local hotels in Maggie Valley. I gave it a try and was actually impressed. The property manager greeted us and showed us to a cabin asked if it was ok. He waited for an answer and then told us about the local area. Really neat little town. 15 min or so from Maggie Valley and much quieter. Beds were comfy and didn’t move when my wife moved at night. Showers were really nice tiles from top to bottom. Living room was plenty for the 2 of us. Trust me I don’t normally leave a review unless I left upset. I would stay here again. Thank you for a good nights rest Wild Rest."
