"There was not anyone at the desk when we went to check out. There was a booger on our shower curtain which I found odd. The breakfast was decent. Overall a good place to sleep."
"Very nice location. The area is clean. Great view of Lake Yellowstone. Close to West Thumb geyser basin and Canyon Village area. There are plenty of hiking trails around the area. The restaurant was great. Shops there to buy gifts. We would recommend staying here!"
"Spacious room. Could use a dresser or another flat surface furniture. Parking was very limited making hard to find a spot on the street even. Name is misgiving as it’s two hotels that have combined.
Very close to entrance of park.
Thought it was supposed to have a refrigerator but it did not. It’s a must if staying for several days. Ice machine was broken but they had bagged ice."
"The staff was lovely- friendly and responsive. Our room was clean, modern, and well maintained. My boys (who are all connoisseurs of hotel breakfast) were impressed and satiated. Overall it was a very pleasant stay."
"Quiet rooms. Great place to unplug from technology. Spotty Wi-Fi. No TV. Removed from main attractions of the park. Was nice to be at, but would rather try other lodging within the park. Dining was excellent. Great staff and yummy food."
"Perfect location, between Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. We were able to get to either park quickly, and we felt we were able to get more into our trip. We were surprised that there isn't a television."
"We had a great experience staying at this property. In addition to the quality and upkeep of the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary amenities provided by the hotel.
The lobby offered complimentary coffee, tea, freshly baked cookies, and ice cream, which made the stay feel especially welcoming.
We also appreciated the free laundry room, which was incredibly convenient. Detergent was available for just $1, making it easy and affordable to do laundry during our stay.
Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the extra amenities made the experience even better."
"This is an older, yet, nicely maintained hotel located within minutes of the West Entrance of Yellowstone. It is in walking distance of everything. Rooms are smaller due to era built. One note for those traveling with dogs, the hallways are narrow and become especially noticeable when trying to pass by large work carts and housekeeping staff with a leashed dog. It’s a bit more to ask of a stressed dog. A conversation about this with the staff was well received."
