Surbiton modern 2 bedroom flat with parking

The ground floor flat benefits from its own garage. The large living room has floor to ceiling windows facing a garden, with 2 large sofas and a dining area together with tv, books and games.
The kitchen is compact but includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher together with the usual kitchen appliances.
The shower room benefits from a very large walk in shower with instant hot water. There is a separate wc/toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed with high thread count cotton bedding, a large wardrobe and a dressing table, it overlooks the front garden.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, quirky wallpaper and clothes storage. This also benefits from good quality bedding.
Please ask us if you require a travel cot or high chair for which there is a small charge.

Amazing VRBO Rental
This was a wonderful experience. We stayed at this lovely flat for 18 nights. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the living area cozy. It was terrific to have WiFi and a variety of channels on the TV. We watched Netflix every evening. Martin, the host, was very responsive, both before we arrived and throughout the stay when we had questions. An added bonus: the fridge had a new carton of skimmed milk and butter. The kitchen also had coffee, tea, a bottle of wine and candy bars!! Such a welcome after an international flight!

This flat is a great base for exploring London and the surrounding areas. Close to rail links. Very clean and comfortable.

Great apartment, great location!
This apartment was fantastic! Plenty of space, great kitchen with many appliances, very comfortable for my family of four. Location is excellent; walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Surbiton. Also a short drive into London city center. Great place!
