Stayed in a studio, couldn't work out how to get the shower hot - reception helped with that. Room great - love having the kitchen facilities and aparthotel is a great concept - found plenty of extra towels in the wardrobe. Could hear traffic noise and could vaguely hear trains but not enough to impact on sleep if your not used to sleeping near a main road earplugs may be a good idea.

We’ve had the worst experience with this property. The photos look very different than the reality. In my opinion the property is not well maintained, the walls were damaged, furniture damaged, the bathroom was horrible. The cleaning was lacking. I asked them to come and clean my bathroom and they refused. I then asked them to give me a refund so I could go to a different hotel and they refused again saying that my reason wasn’t valid. The customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it was the location.

The property is in a great location , 6 min walk to underground. Same time to Tower of London and Tower Bridge. There is a Sainsbury very close but not a lot of dining. I liked having a kitchen, but it would have been nice to have salt/pepper and more cookware to prepare breakfast . Area rug needed cleaning and there was mold in the shower. The toilet kept running and the kitchen had a drip.

Kitchen and laundry in the room are exceptional, as was wifi connectivity. Excellent bedding and linens. Downside is that it is VERY loud due to street noise and being at the confluence of 3 major roads...lots of honking and sirens passing by until very late at night. Soundproofing does not extend to outdoor noise, but was very good between the rooms. No evidence of " bar/lounge, a snack bar/deli, and a coffee shop/cafe" that the description in Expedia had.

Stayed here on a business trip, friendly reception, apartment was clean and big for one person. Location is great for tower / London Bridge area but links into central London via the tube are very good Would recommend and stay again

The room is lovely and has great amenities, and the hotel was a short walk from where we needed to go. A couple things weren’t great. Like said in other reviews the man at the front desk for check in is rude and cold. The pillows were awful, they looked nice and fluffy and then when you actually use them they were so flat. Our shower was broken, we were leaving anyway so didn’t care that much, and I know you can’t blame the hotel on construction but we were woken up at 7am by loud construction and the workers talking as the building next to our window was extremely close. Overall it did the job for one night.

Ok, but we had issues with the shower. On arrival we noticed a cloth wrapped around the hose. It was evident in the morning this was due to a leak. We asked for help to fix this in the morning, but after waiting 1.5 hours did our best and showered. Hoped they would try and fix on Saturday but evidently not. I had called reception 4 times chasing. Room was sizeable and well stocked.

The size of the room was great but besides that the experience was underwhelming. 10AM checkout is something I’ve never heard of and should be highlighted in bold on the listing. Furthermore I’ve never been to a place with a strict check in. Arrived 20mins before our check in time and was told it’s a charge to check in early. £100 to check in early and £100 to check out late. In my opinion you’re better off going to one of the lockes aparthotels (lemon ideally) for the extra money you get a lot more and better customer service.
