とても四つ星とは思えませんでした
早朝に到着したのでチェックインまで荷物預かってもらおうと立ち寄りましたが、預かりりサービスはないとのこと。仕方なく£6も支払い11時頃早くチェックインしました。 一応掃除はされてるようですが雑で食洗機は使う気になりませんでした。 バスタブが半分も貯まらないうちにお湯は出なくなります。時間帯のせいかと思ったけど基本どの時間までした。せっかくバスタブのある所を選んだのでがっかりでした。

I recently stayed at an apartment and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Hamza, the host, made sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Hamza was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The property was refurbished so that was good. However, the checkout time is 10:30am which is shocking. They have an option for late checkout at 12:00 if you pay £30. They also dont have anywhere to store your bags after checkout. For these reasons, i would not be staying here again.

I had no hot water in the morning and I called the reception number several times but nobody picked up. In the end I didn’t have enough time to go down and get someone to come and fix it so ended up just having a cold shower

Great 2 bedroom apartment, very clean. We used the sofa bed but it wasn’t made up for us, the guy on reception couldn’t be more obliging and came straight away to make the bed for us, he then offered us a complimentary late check out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again

The apartment did not look like the picture and was not clean. Please note that there is no AC in the apartments. One of my travel partners became overheated and we had to check out and pay for another hotel. Please be aware that the company will not refund your money. We stayed only one day and we were charged for 4 days. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please stay away from this place.

Stay was ok. Cleanliness was good. Clean bathroom and kitchen area with towels/shower gels and tea making facilities. I suppose my only issue would be that the pictures on here do not tell the full story. They make the rooms look larger and more luxury. This is more a slightly dated residential block of flats which isn’t kept to a high standard in the communal areas. The bed was folded down from the wall and doubles up as a sofa. I maybe expected a bit more but it was comfortable enough. It’s slightly odd having a bed in a kitchen. This isn’t a negative review and I probably would use it again but it’s not quite luxury and as mentioned the pictures aren’t the full story.

Not particularly cheap, yet disappointing. Few +'s
I paid almost $2K for 4 nights of stay at Marlin Canary Wharf with my mother. I previously canceled a similarly priced reservation at Leonardo Royal London Tower to book a one bedroom with living room and sofa bed at Marlin. In hindsight, I would have kept my previous reservation. (1) The elevator was out our last 3 days, and we had to haul all our luggage from the third floor ourselves. (2) There's no AC, and it gets hotter indoors than Londoners would admit to. You'd be lucky to get a standing fan at Marlin. We got one after asking that we alternated between the bedroom and living room. (3) It doesn't appear that housekeeping is included in the cost or is standard, because we never had housekeeping. (4) Sofa bed was very worn out. (5) Canary Wharf location is great, but far from Heathrow and London's city center. We struggled to get Uber rides to and from Canary Wharf. (6) Kitchen appliances, TV were in great working conditions. Having a washer in-room was very helpful.

Good morning Hilary,sorry to hear you experienced some inconvenience during your stay at Marlin Canary Wharf.To respond by points notified to us:1) The non-functioning of the lift was unforeseeable issue that we could not predict.2) The apartments do not have AC, and it is not advertised that we provide this amenity. Our relevant department work on that to provide all two bedroom apartments with two standing fans to ease the guest's stay.3) The free of charge cleaning of apartment is provided once in 7 days of the guest's stay here. However, we do offer the guests the extra cleaning service anytime during its stay for the extra charge of 25. On top, our reception team assist each guest by providing extra linen when required and reasonable. 5) As mentioned above, our reception team is here to assist the guest with further inquiries. We are assigned with two taxi providers therefore we are able to book a taxi for any guest to take them to a desire location on request. 6) Happy to hear that appliances were to the high standard.We believe we will still welcome you here soon to your full satisfaction.Kind regards,Anna

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Marlin Apartments are just that, apartments. If you are expecting a hotel experience, you will be greatly disappointed. Here is a timeline of my experience: 1. They could not find my reservation when I arrived at the front desk. 2. It smelled like a wet dog in the lobby, but they eventually found my reservation (I wish they had not). 3. It smelled even worse in the hallways and elevators. 4. The room was "non-smoking" but smelled like smoke, and the balcony was full of cigarette butts. 5. I tried to cancel my reservation, but they wouldn't let me out. 6. Hotels.com tried to help me but couldn't get me out of the reservation. 7. My family and I bought $100 worth of cleaning supplies and air fresheners and sanitized the apartment. 8. We only used two rooms as the rest of the apartment smelled after cleaning. 9. The furniture and walls were stained. The wood trim was rotten, and the wiring was exposed.

We are not aware that this issue would be brought to our attention on the day of your check in and during your stay as we could assist further to look for some alternative apartment replacement or fixing this issue on the day of your arrival.Reception area is cleaned each morning entirely (flooring, carpet etc.) and aired whole day nonetheless we will try to improve that smell perception. It was already noted and we will look for a better air freshener smell alternatives to improve that perception. Our reception team is not permitted to cancel any reservation done by a guest. This must be done directly by guest through the travel agent they booked with. We believe this will not discourage you to visit us some time in the future here.Kind regards,Anna

Nice enough with plenty of space for five, but a bit more rundown than indicated in the photos. The cleanliness could also be improved, and no laundry detergent was supplied. Transport options are good with the South Quay DLR station close by, and not much further to Canary Wharf tube station. A decent Tesco is also located just around the corner.

Location very good to access transport. Close to Canary Wharf & Greenwich plus eateries and supermarkets. Apartment large enough for us. Rooms need a thorough clean and some routine maintenance. Reception staff helpful.

Had a really comfortable stay in the apartment thanks to a upgrade to the penthouse. It’s a very spacious apartment with lots of amenities and places close by. Would definitely stay again if needed to be in this area of London.

Overpriced and lacked basic amenities.
Very average and over priced apartment. No wifi as advertised and nobody on front desk twice when went to ask about this. No response to message either. Charged £80 extra to park there on top of nearly £1000 for four nights stay. Charge is petty as loads of spaces. Apartment had no tea towels, no washing up liquid and just 3 forks, spoons and knives. There were 4 of us! The living room sofa bed was uncomfortable and had bits of metal sticking out. Apartments also had some dodgy characters staying which caused one fellow resident to move out and go to the nearby Hilton instead. The only good things were the overall space and its proximity to the South Quay DLR.

Hi there! We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay, to be clear, parking is provided with an extra fee - as is normal in urban locations, and indeed we don't have access to all the spaces in the car park.All our apartments have an individual private WiFi network and 24/7 front desk, if a colleague is away from the desk, for example, to help another guest in their apartment there will be a sign to advise of that. You can also raise any issues you have during your stay by email with our guest relations team and I'm sure any queries or missing cutlery could have been rectified for you while you were onsite.

The photo’s showed a newish property but it was not the case. Sofa was dirty, only two chairs for dining- whereas we were three people. Washer/Dryer was not working. Check out is early at 10:30 and no cloak room. The big positive was a helpful sta
