隣の部屋の物音がよく聞こえる。周辺の環境があまりよくない。 くせの強い英語のスタッフが多く、英会話が得意でない私にはほとんど会話にならなかった。英語が得意でないツーリストに配慮が欠けている。

良いアパートメントホテルです
駅や公園、飲食街も近く良いエリアにある。美しい通りと外観。スタッフは良い感じ。有料洗濯機があり便利。エレベーターがひとつしかなく階段もわかりづらい。迷路のようなホテル。部屋は広く地下でも日が入るよう工夫はされているが窓をあけるとプライバシーはない。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりが有料。

I LIKED having a lift since I was on the 4th floor. I LIKED the location because it was convenient to bus and Tube stations. I LIKED the area because there were lots of shopping options. The room was larger than most I've stayed in while in London but it looked shoddy. The fridge had only one temperature: icy. Everything froze if left overnite. The bath was clean enough but the shower walls needed retiling. The mattress was old and creaky. I had to request a hair dryer and was told I'd have to wait for one not in use. The kitchen had old utensils and inadequate for simple use. Lastly, the house phone was disabled by management because patrons misused the service (I thought that's what a house phone is for). All in all, I think management was out for themselves and did not have patrons needs as a priority. I would not recommend it to anyone. My niece is travelling to London this summer and I told her to avoid this place.

I wasn’t expecting hotel standards for our stay .we booked only for one night to visit the royal Albert hall . Location wise it was very close and convenient. But i would highly recommend anyone not to stay here. The room itself was dark and dingy not at all like the photos on the website . Toilet was dirty with stains the bed seemed to be broken on one side and slanted which was less than ideal. The view outside our window was just a scaffolding building site. But even after all that I thought it’s only one night it won’t be that bad . This place seems to attracts all sorts of people that show lack of respect for others, it comes across more like a bedsit for the homeless . we were woken up at 0300 from loud music and shouting There was a party happening next door to our room. They were letting in people from outside so multiple people were in the corridor. People were banging on doors . Smoking weed and god knows what else . Felt really unsafe and not happy at all. Me and the Mrs didn’t sleep and was a really stressful situation to be in. When we explained the situation to reception they were unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered in the slightest . We have to take it up through management to try and get a refund. But we’ve had no reply. We feel robbed and it ruined our stay in London. Stay clear !

My experience at Executive Rentals was nothing short of a nightmare. The rooms were downright filthy, with stains on the walls, mold infesting the shower, broken tiles, and a mattress straight out of a horror movie – it felt like sleeping on a bed of nails. And forget about housekeeping; it was nowhere to be found. To add insult to injury, the fire alarm went off at midnight, sending everyone into a panic with no clear communication from the management. As if that wasn't enough, the broken toilet seat and dysfunctional telephone were just the cherries on top of this disaster cake. And let's not ignore the ludicrous disclaimer plastered everywhere, essentially absolving the management of any responsibility for guests' belongings. It's like they're daring you to stay and have your stuff stolen or damaged. In short, Executive Rentals is a joke. Don't be fooled by the name – it's more like a rundown shelter than anything executive. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away.

Perfect place if you want to use most of the time outside of the hotel. Dirty, lack of service and noisy. No fire exit in our basement room. (Fire exit shown on emeregency chart was not real) Claustrophobic feeling. Would not reccomend!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel, la chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux photos mises sur le site. Nous étions au sous-sol, pas de réseau, l’état de la chambre n’en parlons pas. Le personnel est impoli. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre à 2 reprises et ils nous ont promis chaque jour que ce serait pour le lendemain et rien du tout. Draps et serviettes jamais changées. Ménage jamais fait.

Deixámos malas um dia antes da nossa reserva por 10£ e correu tudo bem. No dia do check-out, eles guardaram novamente as nossas malas até por volta das 15 horas de forma gratuita. Relativamente ao quarto, apesar da temperatura estar adequada, o aquecimento é central e não é possível regular o mesmo manualmente. Ficámos hospedados no piso -1, com vista para o caixote do lixo e a janela deixava entrar frio. Estando num quarto com condições para se fazer refeições, fazia sentido ter uma mesa e pelo menos duas cadeiras (só tinha uma cadeira e nenhuma mesa, ou sítio adequado para comer). No geral para a relação de preço e qualidade encontrada em Londres, não é um mau hotel para passar alguns dias.

Good value apartment
Good value for money. Simple but spacious room and kitchenette was a bonus. Unfortunately the fridge wasnt working but this didnt affect our winter stay. Toiletries, toilet rolls and teabags etc were requestable from reception but would have been better if there were enough in the room for the length of stay, given that rooms are not serviced for free unless you stay for 7 days.

Verste hotell seng noengang slitt og dårlig rom.
Dette er den verste sengen vi noen gang har ligget i. Det luktet vondt på rommet. varmekilde på badet virket ikke. rommet var meget slitt i forhold til hva bildene på ansonsen tilsa. Hotellet ville se på gi nytt rom neste dag. men det ble til at de byttet madrassen, ble noe bedre enn den som var, men ikke bra i det hele tatt. Har aldrig ligget så vondt noen gang på noe hotell.

We had an amazing 3 nights in London. The Hitel are really good location, it has 2 underground station and really close bus stip as well. The room was alright clean and good size for 2. It had cooker, microwave, tea, cafe and fridge. Really convenient for have a good breakfast. They might consider to change the mattress becauss it was quite old and uncomfortable, but it was good for the value

Ideal court séjour
Très bon séjour à londres, hôtel très bien placé, idéal pour visiter Londres en quelques jours. Pratique la petite cuisine. Lit peu confortable et on regrette le paiement de 5 livres pour faire garder la valise.

The photographs on the website are certainly much better than the actual property. Windows so dirty that it was impossible to establish the weather outside, the view was of a large building where we could see our neighbours. The bathroom was rather smelly (drains possibly). We opted out to not use anything in the kitchen. The TV was small and the only armchair had seen better days

Good apartment very central for east access to tube stations. Quite warm in the room at night and street can be noisy at times. Staff were lovely, would definitely stay again.

It was boiling hot when we entered. Had to keep windows open and radiator switched off that night although it was rainy night Fan provided was not working in one and very noisy on the other one( pedestal) Photos in website was impressive but not the actual property .
