施設は新しく、部屋も広くて綺麗です。フロントの方もとても親切でした。朝食も種類があって美味しかったです。ただ、予約後、質問したことに対する返事がな来なかったので、エクスペディアからも催促してもらいました。その対応が非常に残念な点でした。立地はエリザベスラインのホワイトチャペルから近いと思っていたのですが、実際に歩くと結構時間がかかり、アラブ系の人が多くて話しかけてこられたりちょっと怖かったです。もう一つの地下鉄の駅からは歩いてすぐですが、そちらも治安が良いとは言えず、ホテルのまわりで食事をする気にはなれませんでした。スーパーがそばにあったので買い物は便利でした。ビジネスには良さそうですが子連れだったので2泊して、残りの2泊はもう少し観光地に近いところに変えました。やはりそちらの方が日が暮れてから家族で歩くには、安全と思いました。

We loved how close it was to bus stops and the tubr tetminal and resturants. The front desk staff was super helpful when our flight got delayed and we needed to stay another night

First time in London and we were questioning the location of this hotel at the start, but it’s so close to an Underground Station and was within walking distance of Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market. There were lots of dining options within 1 mile, as well. We loved it and the staff was top notch.

Das Hotel ist soweit sauber ordentlich. Personal ist top. Das einzige Manko, wie ich es empfinde, ist das dort absolut kein deutsches Wort gesprochen wird. Für andere Gäste möchte ich noch einen Tipp abgeben, bitte nehmt nicht das Zimmer 826. Es liegt direkt unter der Bar an Schlaf ist kaum zu denken.. Habe es aber problemlos am nächsten Tag gegen ein anderes wechseln können. Ab da süße Träume.

Good location for the east side of London, including Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the City, Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane. The roof top bar was gorgeous, the rooms clean and very quiet. The cooked breakfast was a bit bland, but there was plenty of choice for alternatives.

Very Average hotel . Rooms are poorly decorated and don’t appear fresh and clean . Shower gel bottle was empty and their was a hair in the shower . Restaurant is too small for the number of guests. Location is handy for the tube . On reflection a premier inn Would have been a better choice

Modern and safe. Well staffed. Urban area but it’s walkable and close to the hospital and some good restaurants. Mostly a middle eastern population but very wonderful people. Taxi service is a little bit pricey to get to most attractions of London. 8.5/10

Loved the room. We had a sofa at the end of the bed, in front of a large TV. Comfortable bed .the roof terrace bar is amazing, will definitely be coming back

I felt quite unsafe to see that the main gate of the hotel closes at midnight. I had to ring the bell to open it. Didn't experience anything dangerous but the area is not the safest.

Modernes, sauberes und ordentliches Hotel. Umfangreiches Frühstück für einen kleinen Aufpreis. Abends war immer ein Sicherheitsdienst anwesend, ich denke um das Hotel ist nicht die beste Gegend. Man fühlt sich im Hotel trotzdem sehr sicher. Direkte uBahn Anbindung .
