I found the self check in entry difficult, the small vestibule was very awkward & too small, struggled to get in with just my 1 suitcase. Other than that the room was fine, a little noisy at times from people moving about, but the bed & pillows were comfy enough for a decent sleep.

Low score for the smelly drain. Unacceptable this was not revealed before booking. There was no one available to ask to switch rooms (after5pm). To be expected with 'low price'? But will go elsewhere next time.

Close to an early morning cafe at a nearby tropical medicine school, close to two or three second hand bookstores, one gay bookstore, and a few blocks away was a massive well stocked new book store.

Lyhört men helt okej för priset.
Sängen är jättebekväm. Duschen fungerar sådär. En sak jag missade innan jag bokade var att utcheckningen är redan 10 och väggarna är papperstunna så varje dag vaknade jag av dammsugande då grannen hade checkat ut och rummet städades. Faktiskt aldrig bott på ett ställe där man hör grannarna så tydligt, kändes som att man var i samma rum. Läget var jättebra och priset gör vistelsen rimlig, svårt att hitta något perfekt för det priset i London.

We spent one night before leaving London and this hotel was perfectly located within a easy 10 minute walk between St Pancas and Euston Stations. The street was a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us really. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely choose it again when visiting central London.

The room smelled like a sewer the minute we walked in. The shower drain had a cover that wasn’t fully on top of the drain, sign in the bathroom said to keep the cover on to prevent odor. After a long day of travel, couldn’t stand the odor. Asked for a refund, was denied the first night but received a refund for the second night. Had a really nice stay at a hotel around the corner. Tried not to let the experience ruin our vacation, it definitely hurt our pocketbook.

Good location if you are traveling via tube or Euston Train station like we (family of 4) were during this trip. It was about 10 mins from Russell Square station. The lobby and room was clean. We had a bite to ear across the street and visited the near by outdoor food mall and park for the kids. I would stay there again.

We booked a room for 3 people for 1 night, we were on the ground floor first room when entering property. We were pleasantly surprised as it was very clean and had enough room for 3 people to fit comfortably a double bed and a pull out sofa all made up for us on arrival, 2 tvs 1 in bedroom and 1 in living area, hospitality tray with tea and coffee, we found the area nice and friendly and popped down the road to the Valencia cafe for food and close to Russell Square tube to get around London. Overall very nice and would visit again if in the area.

Lovely hotel near King's Cross Station
Well located hotel to King's Cross station, check in was smooth, luxury double room was very nice, great to see coffee machine in the room. Friendly staff, couldn't ask for any more.

Our room was very noisy and it lacked the basic requirements. Did not sleep very well that night, so we were slightly disappointed. Owner does not really care about customer satisfaction. No compensation was offered, and they were not willing to compromise, therefore, communication from Customer service team could have been better

Very Small Rooms
The "Deluxe" room that we had in the hotel was exceedingly small. There were no level spaces on which to spread out clothes, work on bills or other business on the computer, or do other things. The bed was small too, but we knew that and we we prepared for it. The other main problem with hotels of this size is that the front desk is not staffed around the clock, or at least from 7 am to 1 am. People arrive from all over the world at all times of day and need access to the rooms they are paying for. The best thing about this hotel was its location.

Nonesense- do not be fool with online photos. Completely different. Unsafe amenity. Manager said safebox code is 0000 and you can not change it!!! Really???!!! What what is a logic of having safebox? After I insisted, he agreed to change the code but he asked me to give him the code to change it after we leave. Excellent security!!! Never choose this place. Asked them to cleam the room but they did not do it until next day with my reminder again. Cleanning?! Really? Just emptied garbage and that’s it!

MISLEADING ROOM SIZE - STAIRS WERE A NIGHTMARE
THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND IN A GOOD LOCATION, HOWEVER THE ROOM WAS SMALL , MY HUBBY HAD TO CLIMB OVER THE BED AS THE STORAGE CUPBOARD WAS IN THE WAY, WE WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND WITH LUGGAGE THE STAIRS WERE HARD WORK AS ALSO NARROW AND UNEVEN... WE WAS WOKE UP A MIDNIGHT BY A NIEGHBOUR HAVING A SHOWER AS THE PLUMBING MADE A TERRIBLE NOISE AND THE PILLOWS WERE AWFUL.

They were very helpful with our early check-in. The room was very clean, and there was lashings of hot water. We were looking for budget accomodation, and that is what we got. But the room was very compact, and there wasn't much space for luggage / storage. It was fine for a night, and good value for money when compared with London prices.
