"Our 12th floor room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were exceptional and genuinely friendly. Omelette station at breakfast made my day. The outdoor pool was a cool, refreshing temperature though the jacuzzi could have been hotter (especially at night time and yes, even in the tropical heat, it gets breezy up on the 5th floor where the pool is)."

"Pros: beautiful property and good quality restaurants nearby. Cons: parking fees. The parking guys told me I had to pay for parking through the kiosk machine, so I did for an entire week. The last day I find out if I would’ve paid it through the hotel reception, I could’ve had a discounted rate. It was the parking guys at the entrance that were not properly trained."

"Great stay. Only advice I would have is: (1) in order to park your vehicle, you first briefly park in the lot to the right just before you get to the front door of the hotel, go inside and get your room card and then use that card to access the underground parking garage that is located in an alley-type street that follows the front door to the hotel on the right; and (2) for those who are not used to the Caribbean style AC, you will need to use the white remote to turn on the AC units in the rooms. Fabulous hotel overall!"
