Medium-sized family-run bed and breakfast. Strengths were newly renovated breakfast room, quiet area, lovely fellow guests, nice details (e.g. free apples) and short bus ride to airport (Amsterdam itself is also connected by bus or tram, although journey takes about 45 mins). Rooms, although recently redecorated, are already showing significant signs of wear and tear (I rejected two rooms before an acceptable third was found) as were some of the common areas in the main house. Local options for dinner are also limited. With this being said, overall, it was clean, safe, comfortable and came with charm at a fair price.

Ideally located in central Amsterdam. Close to Metro station, shops and restaurants. Rooms are adequate with basic en-suite. Breakfast is very good with plenty choice.
