"Everything was absolutely amazing and all the staff was helpful and informative! 100% coming back!"

"Fire alarm went off 3 times in under 10 hours. Staff didn’t know why. My kids were terrified and my daughter now is having nightmares. Only one pool was open, slides were broken, water was dripping from the lights in the pool area, chairs were broken, the game room was a joke, most games didn’t work or payout tickets. Won’t be back and hope the place gets shut down. "

"Put us in the wrong room and the room was horrible drafty. Made alot of whistling noise at night. Place was very nice other than that."

"Hotel is still new and very clean. The pool was decent size. Awesome there is a restaurant and bar in the Hotel and super close to the outlets. "

"The hot tub doesn't have enough water in it and there's too much chlorine and the Jets don't work and the pool there's way too much chlorine and it's not clean actually neither of the hot tub"
