We offer for rent, in the town of Loctudy, this charming single storey house 300 meters from the beach, with an area of 100 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 travelers (5 adults maximum). It consists of a nice living room of 50 m2 (with stove), an open kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m2 with a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
Housing consists of the following:
Day space:
- A bright living room of 50 m2 with TV, pellet stove, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee Senseo pods...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 200).
- Room 3: a bunk bed (top bed not suitable for an adult)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A beautiful garden enclosed by an electric gate of approximately 200 m² with a swing and a boules court, which are available for adults as well as boules for children.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Loctudy, in a very pleasant environment within a cul-de-sac. You'll find all the essentials close by, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and the market, 300 metres from the beach and 2 km from the nautical centre...

Come and discover the town of Loctudy in the south of Finistère, in Cornouaille and the Bigouden region, situated at the mouth of the Pont-L'Abbé river, on the bay of Bénodet, opposite the Glénans archipelago.
- Tourist attractions: the fishing port of Loctudy, Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port, Concarneau, a town of art and history, Locronan, a superb town full of character, Eckmuhl lighthouse, Pont-Aven...
- Sporting activities: water sports, walks along the GR34, cycling, water-walking, kayaking down the river at Pont l'Abbé...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or on the property, either under the car-port or along the wall. A vehicle recharging point is located close to the accommodation on Place de la Mairie in Loctudy.

- Nearest train station: Quimper station, about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Quimper airport, about 25 minutes' drive away.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Electric vehicles can be recharged for a supplement of €15/day, subject to the owner's agreement. Please inform us when booking. Please note that the accommodation does not have a specific socket for recharging vehicles, and recharging without the owner's prior agreement is strictly prohibited. However, charging points are available at Place de la Mairie in Loctudy.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- One bag of pellets provided per stay; additional bags will be charged at €10.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
