The owners were very nice and accommodating and the wings and drinks at the bar were really good. I can appreciate being in a historical hotel but these one needs lots of work still and it shows.

The owners are kind and sweet and accommodating. Brittany is a rockstar!! The hotel is under renovation so very rudimentary. The price is quite low in comparison to other hotels so don’t expect what you’d get at an average hotel (Marriott, Best Western, Hyatt, etc.) including air conditioning (in some rooms). The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. I love what they’re trying to do here. Best of luck with the continuing improvements!

The staff was extremely helpful. Bed was comfortable and a wonderful sleep. I hung out at the Fallon 30 years ago, was hesitant about booking but want to experience staying there. The rooms are clean, antique like rustic! Loved the character but old fashioned claw foot tub and cast iron porcelain sink!

This property (even though under construction) was extremely dirty, old, small quarters, we felt unsafe with a night club attached to the hotel that they wanted you after 9pm to even enter the hotel to go back to your room. We would never ever stay here again, and highly suggest other not to stay either. Our room was on the alley where the night club folks were out smoking and screaming till after 2am. The AC unit was sucking the cigarette smoke into our room. The shower was so dirty we didn't shower. 0 out of 5 stars. I have pictures to prove this if Expedia needs it. They also still have not removed the hold from my credit card and our stay ended 5 days ago. We are not happy!

When we checked in we weren't told about the bar and restaurant in the hotel. If I had known we would of definately went to both. The room was fine and the bed comfy!

This wonderful old 1850s hotel is in need of continued repair. The owners are doing a great job to revitalize the grand place but have a long way to go. One step at a time they are trying. Also opened a dance club which was too late for us to partake but was not heard in the room. Old classic rundown hotel which was clean enough, a nice bed and classic claw foot shower bath. Worth the price and location great being on the waterfront in downtown Lock Haven.

The young couple was very accommodating and friendly. They made sure we had what we needed for the night..it's a 200 year old building and a lot of history there. The only problems we had was bar/band noise that kept us up most of the night and I had an early triathlon to do and no breakfast provided. We went to McDonald's as soon as it was open.. I have to give them young couple kudos for trying to preserve history and renovate the hotel. A few minor inconveniences for us but we had a nice time visiting Lock Haven.

While the bed was clean and comfortable, the rest of the room was beyond shabby(not unclean but worn out). The hallways had random upside down furniture and tables. Did not match pictures.

As a solo woman traveler, safety and cleanliness are really important. The Fallon Hotel fulfilled both -- a quiet downtown with the young family owners in residence. The bed linens and towels were immaculately white and the bed super comfortable. Also important to me is avoiding chain hotels where each one looks like the last. Travel should bring new experiences. The Fallon Hotel comes through again, a huge old building in a historic old town along the Susquehanna River. And it's a great opportunity for people who love old buildings to get a glimpse into one family's dream project (a big one ....). I think some rooms are more restored than others and the one I had still needed a few minor tweaks. But I loved the original sink and bathtub, the light fixtures, etc. I hope they continue to "lean" into and restore these special features that make for a true historic hotel experience. I'll definitely stay there again.

It was terrible! The hotel was under repair, had a terrible odor throughout, dirty with dust and clutter everywhere. What a farce on the pictures that was posted on the website. Our room was pre-paid and non-refundable and they refused to return our payment. We did not stay there. There were no other people in the hotel and we had to call a phone number to have a person come to the front desk after waiting for over 15 minutes.' I would never recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

It was fun to stay in such an old exquisite hotel. The owner was very helpful and escorted us to our room. The Wi-Fi password was easily obtained. And the beds were very soft and cushioned and received a great nights rest.
