Nice affordable hotel. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Wonderful rooftop with views. Tiny shower enclosure might be difficult for larger people. Balcony. Very noisy road, but the balcony doors work well for soundproofing. Parking in street. Nice little town.

Loana Excelsior

The hotel was very clean, very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available. We enjoyed a 3 night stay. Short walk to the town center, restaurants and the excellent Friday Market. Loana is a very nice town to stay at.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene noi abbiamo preso il monolocale con cucina, l'accoglienza è stata buona, il personale gentile, l'ultimo giorno ci hanno offerto la colazione Vicino al centro e ai negozi. Lo teniamo sicuramente in considerazione per altri soggiorni.

Hotel in una discreta posizione, stanza comoda e per fortuna ben isolata, visto che si affaccia sulla via Aurelia. Bagno un po’ datato ma in buone condizioni. Colazione al di là delle aspettative, ampia scelta e personale molto gentile.

La struttura è come me la immaginavo. Accoglienza semplice ma formale. Stanza ben pulita ed ordinata, l'unica cosa che ho trovato non adeguato è stato il piatto doccia siccome sono un pochino robusto con la pancia avevo difficoltà nel girarmi nella doccia. Ottimo buffet. Spero di ritornarci il più presto possibile e di sfruttare la piscina esterna della struttura. Grazie di tutto Hotel Excelsior.

Wir hatten für eine Woche eine Ferienwohnung in der Unterkunft ohne Frühstück gebucht. Das Hotel, welches eben auch einige Ferienwohnungen mit kleinem Kochbereich anbietet, dürfte zwar - wie viele Hotels in Italien - schon etwas älter sein, war soweit jedoch in Ordnung und verfügt über einen netten Außenpool. Unser Appartment war recht modern eingerichtet und klimatisiert - die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern und mussten wir selbst erst draufkommen. Das Badezimmer war sauber und ebenfalls modern. Das Meer ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lage der Unterkunft in der Nähe des Jachthafens ist generell sehr schön. Unser Auto konnten wir mit etwas Glück die ganze Woche direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlos an der Straße parken, was laut Rezeption erlaubt ist. Da jedoch viel Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Hotel herrscht, ist es keine Selbstverständlichkeit auch einen Abstellplatz zu ergattern. Einen Privatparkplatz hätte es laut Rezeption ca. 900m entfernt gegeben. Neben der Unterkunft führt direkt eine Bahnlinie vorbei und Züge sind ständig unterwegs, auch nachts. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Zuglärm aber gut auszuhalten und ist uns nach 2, 3 Tagen kaum noch aufgefallen. Als nerviger empfanden wir die Rettungsambulanzen, welche gefühlt alle 10 Minuten mit Blaulicht und Sirene am Hotel vorbeifuhren. Aber da kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts dafür. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt in Ordnung.
