"The property manager never sent an email the day before our stay to tell us how to get into the property,I ended up calling her for that information.The property was dirty inside.All the dishes we used had to washed due to grease and residue on them.We only had 2 towels in our unit which had other peoples hair on them,The window in our unit would not close.The bathroom sink was very small."

"We loved the property. It was quiet and clean. The furnishings and decor were reminiscent of Grandma’s home. The beds are all King size and comfortable. There is a large screen television and very comfortable sectional on which to enjoy a family movie night. We were able to walk to the grocery story and breakfast place. We were there to visit Capitol Reef. This property is about 25 miles from the park but it is a scenic drive. We can’t wait to visit again."

"We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip to southern Utah before leaving on the road back to Chicago. The house was amazing! It may have been the nicest rental we've stayed in ever. It was very clean and tidy, modern interior design/decor, there was space for our clothing (we had been on the road for 1.5 weeks and some rentals had no room to put our clothing), Linda (our host) had everything we needed including bowls, treats and poop bags for our pups + coffee, tea, soda, water, etc......

"Capitol Casitas was a perfect place to stay near Capitol Reef NP. The house itself was beautiful inside and made it hard to leave. You could tell a lot of time was put in to making it a wonderful place to stay. Super clean and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop with a fire each night. Sunsets & sunrises are beautiful from up there as well! Hosts were great and communicated well, even checked in to see how everything was after our first night! Would 100%...

The only slights are that 1) we were visiting Capitol Reef NP and this isn't as close as places in Torrey, 2) It looks like they may have provided breakfast in the past but no longer do so.
