「Friendly staff」

「I loved staying at Ayenda. The owners and staff are so helpful and kind. The views of the mountains are beautiful and peaceful. I stayed in the suite and extended my visit one week more. The price for this tranquility is incomparable to other hotels near by.」

「The room was spotless, my family felt very safe. The front office staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful with directions to the nearest mall. I would have given it 5 stars but the pool was being worked on and my granddaughters wanted to swim. Other than that, everything was well kept.」

「No tiene aire acondicionado aunque el área es fresca y te pone un ventilador. Y la TV es con algunos canales del telecable 」

「La estadía estuvo bien en general, sin embargo presentamos problemas con el agua caliente, especialmente en la noche no funciona, parece que se enciende con calentador y este debe ser revísado para confirmar que funciona, de los 3 días 2 noches solo se pudo bañar con agua caliente el último día.」

「There was no breakfast. It was small room . Far from everything. Staff was excellent property was nice 」

「Bed was extremely hard. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi/hot tub was filthy and not working. It is a beautiful hotel, however, we were not able to enjoy the amenities and my sleep was terrible due to the hard, uncomfortable bed. Be aware that it was 60° Fahrenheit the entire time were there, so the pool would more than likely not be appealing anyway.」

「Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when Expedia wouldn't. I inadvertently booked the wrong date without trip insurance and Expedia was "unable" to reach the hotel. My wife called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us change the date in their system.」
