The beautiful outside covered terrace with barbecue, balcony with perfect panoramic sea view and swimming pool invites you for a perfect and relaxing holiday.

The house of 190 m2 is well furnished and fully equipped.
Villa Parlera has 3 terraces, 6 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with double beds (one has and extra single bed) and 2 bedrooms with single beds), living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and spa area (with Jacuzzi,sauna). There is an extra separated small studio.
There is a billiard and fast internet connection to make your stay more comfortable.
The villa is located on a walking distance from the sea, beach (cca 1 km ), market and local restaurants.
Around the house there is a beautiful Mediterranean garden with olive trees, mediterranean plants, herbs and spices.
The garden offers a playground for kids with slide and swing.

The city of Pula is 10 km and Medulin is 2 kilometres away.

All this environment invites you for a perfect relaxing family or sporty holiday. Furthermore, we can arrange favourable transportation from/to airport or other destinations and special trips and tours of local attractions.

The best for all

First I want to thanks the owner to have arranged the house so perfectly! This is one of the best renting homes I’ve been too! All there for all age and weather conditions! We could enjoy the swimming pool during the nice days and the whirlpool or the billard on the rainy days! Lot’s of space for all to have fun without disturbing the others (PS4 room or billard or even the lovely terrasse on the top floor! I recommend it for big family or for group ! I wish lots of success to the owners and again a big thanks!

Sehr schönes und komfortables Haus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Pool und das Haus waren sehr sauber. Sehr schön ist der Aussengrill und die Sitzgelegenheit für die ganze Gruppe.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr angenehm. Wir waren 3 Familien mit 5 Kindern im Teenager-Alter und zwei Hunden. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Haus war passend was Größe und Klimatisierung betrifft. Außenbereich nicht riesig aber absolut ausreichend. Grillplatz super. Umgebung war nicht überwältigend. Strände und alles was man braucht waren mit Auto problemlos erreichbar.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben mit 3 Familien einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus in Lisnjan verbracht. Das Haus übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Perfekte Ausstattung, sauber & gepflegt. Der Service und Kontakt mit der lokalen Agentur verlief unproblematisch (immer erreichbar und schnelle Reaktionszeit). Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sind wir sehr gut betreut worden. Die Lage des Hauses ist für einen Urlaub in Istrien perfekt, Städte und Badebuchten sind im Umkreis schnell zu erreichen. Gegenüber des Hauses ist eine Konoba, in der man sehr gut essen kann. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert,so dass die Temperaturen gerade hinsichtlich der Nächte gut zu ertragen sind/bequeme Betten inklusive. Pool und Aussenbereich laden zum Baden und verweilen ein. Ein großer Grill, Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile im Poolhaus sorgen dafür, das man alle Mahlzeiten gemeinsam draußen einnehmen kann. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Schöner Familienurlaub

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Auf den Fotos sind natürlich die schönsten Ecken zu sehen. Die Türen sind etwas schwerfällig und um das Grundstück herum gibt es ein paar dreckige Stellen. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Unser Gastgeber war nie vor Ort, wir hatten aber regelmäßig über WhatsApp Kontakt. Ins Haus haben wir nach einem Erklärvideo sofort gefunden. Der Check In war schwierig weil wir sämtliche Ausweisdaten eingeben mussten. Außerdem hat das System nicht verstanden, dass wir zu 9. Statt zu 10. Gekommen sind. Der Strand ist zu Fuß etwas 20 Minuten weg und hat uns alles geboten, was wir gesucht haben. Gerade der Volleyballplatz hat unsere Tage gefüllt. Der nächste Markt ist nicht ganz günstig aber auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Mit d Auto ist man aber auch in unter 10 Minuten beim Lidl. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Metzger-Empfehlung unseres Gastgebers.

Soggiorno con richiesta di danni a sorpresa

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia una settimana in questa struttura su più livelli. A parte il giardino inferiore non curato, e le immondizie dei precedenti inquilini non smaltite, la struttura è bella e adatta alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo bambini e ragazzi, e due cani per i quali abbiamo pagato 140 € di supplemento direttamente al gestore. Durante la settimana ho comunicato con il gestore via Whatsapp e ho informato di alcuni problemi che si sono presentati (abbiamo rotto una persiana) mentre di qualche altro problema non ci siamo resi conto (abbiamo bruciato una pentola). Abbiamo sempre cercato di essere trasparenti, e quando il gestore ci ha chiesto di pagare l’intervento sul filtro della piscina, abbiamo provveduto immediatamente. Tuttavia, senza preavviso e senza informarci o documentare la richiesta, il gestore ci manda un’e-mail con cui ci informa che ci addebiterà 250 euro per i danni provocati. Abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti, che non ci sono mai arrivati, i 250 € sono stati prelevati dalla carta. Nessun confronto. Siamo una famiglia grande con cani e bambini, in effetti qualche problema si è presentato, lo abbiamo affrontato e come è giusto ci siamo presi le nostre responsabilità. Ma il gestore ne ha approfittato e senza confronto ha addebitato altri importi in modo scorretto e senza possibilità di fare nulla per impedirlo. È il quarto anno che viaggiano con VRBO, ma se il sistema permette senza contraddittorio un addebito sulla carta, nonso se ci sarà il quinto

Super Ferienvilla

Die Villa liegt zentral in Liznijan.Von dort kommt man sehr gut mit dem Auto/ Fahrrad zum Strand nach Medulin.Die Villa bietet echt viel Platz für große Gruppen.Die Außenanlage ist okay und der Pool auch.Nicht so gut war die Außenküche da diese nicht ausgestattet ist.Die Küche im Haus ist zu weit weg von der Terrasse.Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns viele Hinweise für Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben.Nebenan ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit leckerem Futti. Einen Maket gibt es auch ganz in der Nähe vom Haus.

Super schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir sind zu 6. angereist und waren begeistert von der Zimmeraufteilung. Zu jedem Zimmer gab es ein eigenes Badezimmer. Whirlpool und Sauna sowie der komplette Außenbereich mit Pool runden den Aufenthalt ab. Auch das Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Rundum tolle Villa

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr sauber, bietet sehr viel Platz & ist super aufgeteilt. Ebenso der Außenbereich ist eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles :-)

Very beautiful place with only minor inconveniences

The Villa is deceptively large for what the pictures show. The kitchen was just big enough for preparing meals for up to 12 people but you do have to work in a tight space. The outside area is very well made for Relaxing. The table on the outside fits 12 people rather well, so we ourselves ate at home most of the time. Everything is super clean and the landlord is very friendly and available via text. The only minor issue we faced was the fact that the billiard table was a bit wonky and the tablefootball table was pretty much unusable, but in our experience you will be having plenty of other things to do while there. We personally didnt even notice until the last day, because we were outside most of the day. Also if you have giant cars you might need to take up a spot outside of the property, but theres plenty of spaces so thats not really an issue. I would recommend the pool cleaning, because the pool (and whirlpool) does get dirty after a while. The gym isnt the biggest but theres one multipurpose machine which is enough for most people. The rooms themselves are spacy and very well kept and the top balcony has a very nice view onto the sea. Also everything you might need is pretty near. This includes: a small supermarket, beach, small pharmacy all in walking distance and if you have a car, Pula and Medulin are very much so worth a visit and you will find everything you may need in Pula. All in all a very great place to stay for a week or two. Would definitely recommend!!

Tolle Lage und schöne Umgebung, viele Möglichkeiten zu machen dort. Allerdings wäre es toll wenn man vom Vermieter mehr Informationen über Lage, Unternehmungen usw bekommen würde.

Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen

Mit grosser Freude haben wir mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern 12 Tage in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Der Pool war sehr sauber, Billard und Kickertisch ok. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Zeit

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Wir haben den schönen Pool und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen in vollen Zügen genossen. Im Haus selbst gibt es jede Menge Platz und es hat nahezu jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Betten waren alle super und bis auf die extrem langsame Kaffee-Maschine war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit und Zustand des Mobiliars würden wir als ok beschreiben und für kroatische Standards in Ordnung. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin vor Ort hat gut funktioniert. Beim 2. Anlauf haben wir auch die wunderschöne Küste entdeckt an der es einsame Buchten gibt - wunderschön. Generell war man, mit dem Auto, sehr schnell beim Supermarkt (Lidl, Plodine in Medulin), in Medulin und Umgebung. Wir können wir es im Großen und Ganzen weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Haus, besser hätten wir es nicht antreffen können. Die Aufteilung eignete sich hervorragend um mit mehreren Pärchen dort zu wohnen. Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich und ein eigenes Bad. Die schöne Außenküche mit großem Tisch diente für gesellige gemeinsame Stunden. Der Pool war sauber und wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. (Achtung: Die Reinigungsfirma tauchte einfach ohne Ankündigung auf, und stand im Haus ;) Anfangs waren zu wenige Handtücher vor Ort, nach Rücksprache haben wir aber in der zweiten Woche ordentlich Nachschub erhalten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei, und es wurde sich immer schnell um Problemlösungen gekümmert. Einzig mit dem Whirlpool haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen machen können. Alles in allem war das Haus noch viel schöner als erwartet, und wir würden es sofort nochmal buchen, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen. Die Lage war super, da wir ein Auto vor Ort hatten um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der direkt fußläufig erreichbare Strand war nicht unser Favorit, aber wir haben schöne Ecken in der Nähe finden können. Schönes Haus zum Erholen

Wir verbrachten mit drei Familien einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa. Lediglich die KüchenAusstattung ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber nach einer kurzen Information an die Agentur, bekamen wir die gewünschten Sachen. Sauber, gut gelegen. Die vorbeiführende Straße ist zu hören, hat uns aber nicht gestört.
