「We were a late booking August 2023 and were so pleased with the villa and owners attention to any issues and our enjoyment. Great property in a pretty and peaceful location, just a short drive from wonderful Lixouri and beaches. As 5 adults we had plenty of room and 3 out of 4 bedrooms with en-suites was a luxury we hardly expected when searching for the villa. The only minor gripe would be fridge space. The standard fridge freezer was a little restrictive for 5 adults and would be inadequate...

「We stayed there 5-7 people, plenty of space for everyone and the reception brought in an extra bed free of charge. Great pool, a very private garden and the beach (with a bar ) in walking distance. We actually didnt know this was a part of a “apartment hotel” compound so the addition of a restaurant, bar and other amneties was great. They could how ever improve the Wifi coverage as 4G is also poor in the area.」

「We had an amazing stay in this villa located closely to Lixouri town. The check in the was made super easy with the help of Frances. He gave us great directions to the villa as well as instructions of how to get on the ferry. There’s so much to do, highly recommend Xi beach which is only a 5 min drive from the villa. 「Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. 「We spent 2 weeks in August at Maria’s. Lovely apartments with beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Apartments were basic but had everything we needed. There is a hairdryer (which isn’t mentioned in the description). Check in was easy, we had a late arrival and were advised in advance of our apartment number beforehand and access instructions. 「Excellent location only 30 yards to the beach, extremely quite, but plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. We only left the beach road on one occasion when friends drove us to a Jaz night. Great shower with plenty of hot water for both of us, and a very comfortable bed. Liked the little veranda which we sat on every night enjoying several night caps. The only small criticism is that not much wardrobe space for a two week space, and would have loved a fridge/frezzer.」

「Great location and comfy beds. Our apartment was on ground floor with a big tree in front so we knew the view would be limited. Would go for 1st floor next time. Well equipped apart from.having only 3 pillows so I had to buy another which I left there so future guests wont have that problem.. Bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries but the shower is best I have had in Greece. Owner v responsive to any questions I had beforehand.」

「We were looking for a family vacation in a quiet location in proximity to the beach. This vacation villa ticked all the boxes and as a bonus, we had our own private pool to enjoy as well. Nikoletta was a wonderful host that made sure we had everything we needed. We had two beaches within 3-5 min from the property and the kids had a blast. If you are looking for a storybook location with beautiful nature and beaches that you only see in movies this is the perfect location in northern Kefalonia.」
