This property isnt as advertised unfortunately we couldnt even spend a night here after checking in we had to check out almost immediately and they refused to refund us our money despite not spending even one night at this property. All 6 days lost no refund. They inconvenienced us and we will never book them again neither can we advise anyone to do so. This is day light robbery

I can not recommend this property. It looks nothing like the photos. It needs serious maintenance. I can say that the bed was comfortable and clean. That's about all I can say on the positive side. The ponds are completely dry. Grounds are not well maintained. Bathroom door did not latch. Fridge did not work. No drinking water in room. Mosquitos were plentiful. Mosquito net but no way to spray the ones already inside the net. We called on our way into town to make sure rooms were ready. One was not ready and no one was in the reception to help us. There are better properties available in Livingston for similar prices.

Amazing , Magnificient And Magical Stay

Wow ! Excellent , Magnificent And A Magical stay ! We are from SA and discovered this Charming , Enchanted Cottages by accicident traveling from our holiday in Lusaka.On arrival we were welcomed politely by two friendly, helpful Receptionists , Beauty and Brigitte, very accomodating and made our stay memorable. Anything we needed from clean towels to free wifi and with No Load Shedding was available. To top it up , we didnt needed to step out for a meal as Kaazmein lodge has a onsite restaurant which is fully Halal. This was a big plus for us ! Especially after a long 6 hour journey. We could freshen up and go for dinner . We were received by the waitress ,Taonga with a beautiful smile and her service was great ! The best of all was the Chef , Yassine who prepared an unforgettable meal of steak platters .Done with perfection , Tasty and could feed 4 people instead of 2 but amazingly it was so delicious that we finished our 2 platters. It was really a large portion and good value for money and surprisingly affordable to anyone for only k100. The steak came with fries and salads The English breakfast was enjoyable which is included in the booking. The room , barhroom , decor are comfortable, spacious and clean ! Everything was convenient .Free roaming Zebras and large species of Birds among the green tropical trees and grass was enjoyment watching them while having our meal ! We would like to Thank The Crew and Owners at Kaazmein Lodge. We Will be back soon with our family!
