Cyclists and walkers can explore for miles along this part of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and golf enthusiasts can enjoy a game at Hesketh Golf Club which has stunning views over the Irish Sea or the world-renowned Royal Birkdale. For those who enjoy history and culture, the nearby city of Liverpool offers a wealth of museums, galleries, and historic buildings, including the famous Liver Building and the Liverpool cathedral.
