"We arrived a day early and management went above and beyond to accomodate us. We feel that we even got upgraded to a larger suite. It was nice to spread out since we stayed 3 nights."

"Spotless room, extremely luxurious, comfortable beds. Beautiful hotel right on Main Street. Within walking distance to everything you would want to do in Fredericksburg. We did not try The Restaurant, but we did enjoy coffee and pastries at the Pharmacy. Courteous staff. "

"It was so quiet from the moment we arrived. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We asked if a fire pit was included with our stay and it wasn’t. They went out of their way to provide a fire pit which was there at the time we arrived. The location is close to town which is a plus. The a/c was amazing and it cooled the room all night. The room smelled really good and clean. It was perfect for our little getaway. "

"Wow what a great large property perfect for a big group for my birthday weekend in Fredericksburg! We had the best time and really enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer- fire pit, hot tub, large outdoor space right on the river it was heaven. Lots of prickers in the grass so don’t go barefoot but that’s just the region, had to make sure all the littles we had with us were careful. Wonderful having rocking chairs on the front porch where we sat and enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Everyone agreed the beds were super comfy which is sometimes hit or miss with rental properties so we were very happy with that.Some things that may require attention:Two of the chairs around the fire pit were broken so we just brought some down from the porch. Proximity to the local airfield meant there was some noise from the planes overhead but only during the day. The guest book listed a shuffleboard and ping pong table in the barn but after messaging the host they said they have closed that space off and removed those activities from the listing but it would have been nice to have access to that.It was a tad pricey but all in all I think it was worth it especially for a large group. "
