Our experience started off on the wrong foot with a chaotic check-in process. There was only one person at the front desk and no other staff visible throughout the hotel. To make matters worse, a guest got stuck in the elevator, which caused further delays and confusion. The indoor pool had a strong bleach smell that was noticeable from a distance, and it didn’t appear very clean. On a slightly better note, the breakfast was decent, but overall, the stay was disappointing.
