「Carpet was dirty and needs replaced throughout. Floor tile in kitchen was cracked and tile in master bathroom was loose. There was a damaged electric receptacle in 2nd bathroom. None was these things were show stoppers but should be addressed sooner rather than later.」

「My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc…) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!」

「The Crescent Shores location is great for resting and catching your breadth in a moment of vacation in an otherwise busy schedule. The Rooms were comfortable with one exception. The front windows in the two front bedrooms need room darkening shades to allow for a sound sleep.」

「I had a fantastic stay at this rental property located at Legends Resort! The condo was spotless and very well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. Parking was extremely convenient, with the lot located directly in view of our unit, which added peace of mind. The owner, Dan, went above and beyond—he checked in multiple times during our stay to ensure everything was perfect and that our needs were met. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow...

「The condo was great! The rooms were spacious and convenient location to shopping. There was an issue with the storm door and someone was out to repair it the very next morning. I can't say much about the pool as it was closed for the season. All in all great experience and would definitely return.」

「Was disappointed when we arrived. The pictures advertised online were nothing like the actual condo we received. The bathtub was cracked, the room had a funny smell, and the sheets on one of the beds had yellow staining. On top of that our “ocean view” room looked into the side of another building and if you peeked out and around the side of the balcony you cause see an area of the ocean. Will not be staying again. 」

「The oceanfront condo was located within walking distance of a few restaurants. It was clean & the morning sun in the living room was really nice since it was cold out (came after Thanksgiving). Great communication with the host. It was about a mile to see the Christmas lights on the boardwalk. The condo building also had an indoor pool, lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!! Would stay again in this place.」

「The property was in a great location with an easy check-in process. Unfortunately, it did not reflect the listing’s description of being remodeled. The walls and door frames were dirty, the furniture was worn and stained, ceilings were peeling with visible stains, and the air unit was loud and layered in dust. Overall, the space felt unclean due to its age and clear need for fresh paint and updates. Overall it was not accurately advertised and I would not recommend.」
