It is very remote. But is within an hour of so many waterfalls, pictured rocks, the big lake and many towns. ..."

"Very nice option for our visit to Pictured Rocks. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for food and activities. Room was clean. Hotel is older but well maintained. Breakfast was ok. The typical complimentary fare - waffles, eggs, pastries, cereal, etc."

Peaceful cabin
"Very lovely cabin in middle of woods. Head up that you cannot easily access the lake- marshy. We intended to fish at cabin but did not realize there was no path to the lake. Only complaint: very very bad mosquitos. Could not enjoy the outside at all due to extreme mosquitos."
