「I rented this charming cottage in Litchfield to celebrate a milestone Birthday, as I love this area of CT. I couldn’t be happier about our experience. The hosts were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Everything was easily and clearly communicated. Anything we needed they were happy to help with. The cottage was exactly as depicted in the photographs. Absolutely charming. We’re looking forward to planning another visit 」

「Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! 」

「Charming little cottage with plenty of space inside. Very comfortable and lots of amenities. Our host even came by to reinstall AC units when the weather became warm again. Highly recommended and the nearby lake is gorgeous.」

「The bluebird farmhouse was perfect for our trip. Our group had 4 adults and 3 young children. The house had more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was stocked with anything you could need, and the host even dropped off a pie and some coffee for our arrival. The yard was spacious, gas grill available for grilling and the fire pit area was great for an evening of Smores. The house was beautifully decorated inside and out. We’d highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay in...

「If you get a chance to stay at this beautiful home-- do it!! We instantly felt transported in place and time, rendering it easy to melt into a retreat away. The pictures do not fully capture the enchantment of the interplay between nature and cool, luxury living. Moreover, the impeccably decorated spaces brought comfort, interest, rest, and invitation to relax or play. The rooms were absolutely spotless; the beds extremely comfortable (rooms with darkened shades), and every piece in the home...
