良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度
闘牛場に近いホテル
空港に非常に近く部屋から着陸態勢の飛行機が見えます。しかし、音は完全にシャットアウトされているので快適に睡眠を取ることが出来ます。また空港まで近いということで、地下鉄を使うよりもタクシーの方が近くて値段もそこまで変わりません。 スタッフの方は笑顔で対応してくれ、たまに日本語で挨拶してくれる方もいます。部屋は清潔感があり、何不自由なく過ごすことが出来ました。

Fijn hotel dichtbij een winkelcentrum en openbaar vervoer om naar andere wijken van Lissabon te gaan. In de buurt zijn voldoende restaurants. Het ontbijt is fantastisch!

This property is good overall - stayed here twice in the space of a month so reviewing two different rooms. Nice lounge area however their service is not five star nor are the hotel amenities. It would pass off as a 4 star hotel. Otherwise it is a nice hotel overall - room has no utilities apart from a empty mini fridge; bathroom has some technical issues and not easy to use facilities as such - like no soap dish, water pressure really high - sprays everywhere, no proper slippers - they are made out of paper, bathrobes are only in size x small and the rooms definitely need a refurb. They do not have a variety of foods to order from for room service and when asked if they could bring some cutlery to the room they said it costs €5 charge! This is not a 5 star service.

we were in the hotel for 10 days, for one of them the hotel employees greeted us when we passed through the lobby. no one said anything the other days when we entered the hotel. The breakfast were okay, there wasnt any kind of gluten free option for desserts. The room cleaners didnt talk any english so it was hard to communicate with them.We couldnt even charge our phones or watches while we were eating breakfast becouse the room cleaners took our key, so we needed to survive with one key rest of our trip. The cleaners also threw my friends eyelashes in the trash?? Otherwise the hotel was clean and we liked the pool area.

Trevlig receptionister. Fint städade rum. dock kunde vi inte stänga toalettdörren. Frukosten va bra. Polområdet va väldigt tråkigt. Inga dynor utlagda mm. Missvisande reklam om polen. Sol ifrån ca kl 14 till 17. Väldigt otrevlig barpersonal på kvällarna.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The hotel is close to a metro station and there are some cafes and supermarkets around. For a few nights in Lisbon it’s a great choice.

super hébergement assez haut de gamme et plutôt bien placé. Mais seul hic une piscine inaccessible après avoir mis 20 min à la trouver, la piscine n’est pas en haut de l’hôtel ainsi l’exposition est très peu ensoleillé donc eau gelée et pas de soleil pour faire bronzette pas trop d’interêt du coup. Après bon petit déjeuné, très propre et personnel assez conciliant. Nous avons récupérer la chambre dans la matinée et non 14h donc pour le coup top!

Nothing Grand or VIP about this hotel.
Hotel well placed midway between airport and the old town. Rooms are looking tired and are poorly equipped with minimal furniture and no provision for hot drinks, but beds are comfortable. Cleanliness excellent but needlesly replaced towels every day. Lifts between floors were very slow and only available staircase was behind 'emergency access only' doors. Buffet breakfast provided ample choice but featured nothing of outstanding quality or taste. Hotel pool on first floor but only accessible via lobby and two lifts and had no poolside changing rooms or drinks/food service.

Hôtel moyen. Ne mérite pas 5 étoiles. Suite décevante..aucune étagères dans les armoires pour ranger les affaires. Pas de cafetière dans la suite. A l’arrivée nous avons demandé un changement de suite car celle que l’on nous avait attribué donnait sur un parking et de gros tuyaux !! Pour nous le seul bon point c’est le buffet du petit déjeuner…beaucoup de choix.

O pequeno almoço é o caos, servido em ambiente pequeno para a demanda, tudo muito sujo, desorganizado, funcionários desatentos e pouco atenciosos, especialmente ríspidos na chegada ao salão. Nenhum profissionalismo. Há variedade, mas a forma como tudo é servido é nojenta. As garrafas de café então, são mesmo um nojo completo. As tampas de esgoto na casa de banho são sujas e nojentas. O duche, enjambrado numa banheira enjambrada e sem resguardo é horrível.

Séjour très agréable. Le personnel est très chaleureux et souriant. Les plats aux restaurants sont très bons. Les cocktails de Nuno au bar sont incroyables. La piscine est très bien entretenue
