This was a wonderful hotel, Friendly staff. Walkable area with many places to dine and public transportation. To touristy locations, its about 25 min walking. You can absolutely take transport or a Bolt.

The neighbourhood is not good. Several homeless. Doesn't feel safe for a solo traveler. The staff at the hotel is not customer centric and not oriented to satisfy the guests and providing an amazing client experience. No flexibility at all. I needed an adaptor for the electricity and they could not provide free an adaptor. They had to charge me 5 euros that would be refunded upon departure when returning the adaptor. First of all hotels today should have USB plugs in the furniture. This was very insulting and not acceptable as a policy. Water bottles not replenish every day, had to buy water bottles. Very cheap service offered...Noisy, not sound proof... Will not return and will not recommend to any friends or family for that price.

I enjoyed my stay here. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Gorgeous hotel. The room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful clean hotel with a superb breakfast with incredible pastel de note and fresh fruits and so many foods. The air conditioning was tricky to get working but worked well once we asked for help. Very clean and great staff! It is so close to Tram 28 also!!!

La dame que j’ai eu à la réception, je devais récupérer mes bagages pour prendre mon train, je lui dit que je suis très pressée, et demande qu’elle m’ouvre simplement la porte que je récupère mes valises, elle ne se presse pas un peu et prend encore le temps de s’occuper d’autres clients avant Résultat : un train raté

Bell’hotel vicino alla metro, 20 min a piedi dalle piazze principali. Le stanze sulla strada sono eccessivamente rumorose. Colazione fantastica. Manca solo marmellata burro e miele.

Week-end en couple à Lisbonne. L emplacement est excellent, au pied du métro, près de la ligne de Tramway 28 a 15 minutes à pied de la Place du commerce. Accueil très sympa où l on parle le français. L avenue est assez bruyante mais la nuit avec les fenêtres fermées on n entend rien … Très beau souvenir

Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet, Bad ebenso. Im Hotel sehr ruhig und auch die Straße war aufgrund der guten Fenster kaum zu hören. U-Bahn Station (grüne Linie) nur ca. 100m entfernt. Super Frühstücksauswahl. Nettes Personal. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert für Kurztrip in diese Stadt.

Globalement l'hôtel est bien, un peu bruyant sur l'extérieur et le passage dans les couloirs. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, pour partir en forme pour la journée. Proche du métro qui donne directe sur les quartiers touristiques.
