"House was very clean and well supplied, we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear, Bed was super comfortable with fresh linens! In the morning we enjoyed our fresh coffee from the Kuerig coffee maker that was provided along with all the supplies needed to begin our day with our caffeine fix! Never met the host Mya but communications via text were very responsive quick. Location of the home was exactly as described and worked perfect for us. Would recommend the Coxy Hudson Valley Retreat to anyone needing a place to stay in the Kerhonkson area! Thank You so much Mya! "

"We had a great time at the red cabin. The house is tucked away on a quiet gravel path, surrounded by trees, a former lake (drained) at the rear, with terrific views in fall. Two bedrooms are perfectly placed on either side of a living-area and kitchen, and it has a single bathroom. Fast WiFi, good heating/cooling, a small kitchen that is nicely furnished with cooking equipment and utensils. Clearly a lot of care and thought has gone into making this house welcoming to guests (binoculars on a tree stump in the backyard). Although it was rainy fall weather during our stay, one could see this would also be a great place to visit in summer as it has plenty of outdoor seating and grilling equipment. There is awesome hiking, groceries, farmsteads all within half an hour drive. Communication with the host was timely and friendly, and we would love to return."
