"The staff was friendly and professional. However, we experienced issues with our first room upon arrival with the a/c not working properly."

"The accessible room was great. Lots of room to move around with my scooter and the bathroom was awesome. All the staff was super nice except the woman that checked us in. But luckily she wasn’t the norm."

"The room was okay, except for the small fridge wasn’t keeping the food cold enough and I lost some food. The gym was an absolute joke. But I guess it’s the best they could do for the space they had the gym in. The air conditioning/heater did not adjust properly, but I suspect it was operator error (I just wasn’t figuring it out). This biggest issue was that one can hear everyone both walking and or running up and down the hallways. When I walked down those same hallways, I could hear the folks talking in their rooms. It is what it is…I guess. Basically, I thought it was pricey for what they charged. "

"I only stayed a few hours but my stay was very nice. I was so comfortable and at ease I actually felt rested enough to finish a long drive relatively comfortably. "

"Room is very dirty. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have any hot water for 2 of them. There is hair everywhere. The door didn’t even reach all the way to the floor so bugs were able to come in. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!"
