"Our whole experience of this place was awful. We stayed for two nights with our pet dog. There was no reception, in fact we saw no sign of any staff other than breakfast the morning after checking ourselves in. The room as a positive linen was clean, the bins had not been emptied from previous occupants, there was even food in the bin! "The location was perfect for the business trip. The accomodation itself was clean and tidy although basic and was in need of an update. I ate in their restaurant and the food was excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory but thats just because no cereal available and basic continetal of meat, cheese and bread isnt my thing. The service was fantastic and friendly, I requested an irion and board and this was brought to my room within 2 minutes. I will use again when next in the area."

"Heidi’s place is just perfect in every way. The location is a dream - just the view out the window is dreamy. You’re right in the middle of all the wonderfulness that is Ribe. The place is immaculate and well furnished and warm …. As mentioned in other reviews, if steep stairs between bedroom and bathroom are not your thing, this place won’t be for you. "Lovely hotel opposite the train station and very close to the attractions, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the castle, lake, shops, town, etc, which makes this a perfect location. The room was great, shower wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. I liked the huge windows, the desk space and the comfy chair. Everywhere was modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of good quality options. I wasn't keen on the QR code booking breakfast/check out systen, as this didn't really work, but this is a minor issue. I certainly recommend this hotel. "
