About this property

Stunning 2.5-room apartment on two floors with a quiet, south-facing balcony

  • Used as a storage space until the 20th century, this stunning 48 m² duplex apartment on the 3rd floor offers every conceivable amenity. The old cargo crane and the stone floor in the kitchen and dining area still bear witness to this gem’s former use. In addition to the separate sleeping area on the upper level, a private south-facing balcony, the bright living area downstairs with an open-concept kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, our “loft” features a great deal of attention to detail. For example, the dining table was crafted from a former storage room door.
