Located in nice area.Parking was good. They accept pets, which we needed. However, one of the sheets on one of the beds in our room had a huge stain on it. We didn't go down to breakfast.

I specifically booked the expensive suite because having a bathtub was very important to me. The reservation confirmation even clearly stated “(BATH TUB).” However, when I checked into the room, there was only a shower. I asked if I could be moved to another room with a bathtub, but I was told that no such rooms were available. When I asked why, the staff tried to avoid responsibility by suggesting that Expedia had made a mistake. Regardless of whether the error was Expedia’s or the hotel’s, I paid for a room that was advertised as having a bathtub and did not receive what I had booked. To make matters worse, the room was not very clean, and despite staying for two nights, housekeeping forgot to clean my room. When I returned late that evening and reported the issue, I was simply told that the housekeeping staff had already gone home. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again.
