I was awoken to a cleaning staff member attempting to open my door at 9 am. I informed the front desk. I was told the person didnt even start working until after 9 am. I want a full refund to the card I used.

Disappointing
Was told at check in had to have an additional 60.00 deposit for stay very awkward. Was told by staff they entered my room while I was gone moved all my merchandise for a trade show and removed a cart from my room. Not ok.room was dirty like footprints in the wall in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly.... The pool was closed... The and the nice man with the massive pitbull in the lobby was nice. The room was ok except for everything was sticky and the beds were shot. Did not spend second night checked out and found different hotel.

DONT STAY HERE!!
We DID NOT STAY. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM...SMELL OF WEED COMING FROM OTHER ROOMS. DIDNT EVEN UNPACK OUR BAGS. they said they reversed the charge on our cards. Still waiting....

I was very concerned about this stay after reading previous reviews. We didn't see any roaches, or any other bugs. There are apparently numerous people that use this facility as an extended stay for whatever reasons. When stepping off the elevator we both smelled weed in the air. A dog barked down the hallway but didn't disturb our stay. We were relieved our worst fears didn't not transpire.

There cockroaches around the building. I saw couple in the corridor, one in the bathroom and main room as well. There was foul smell in the corridors and the condition of the motel was bad. There were duct tapes holding the sealing. Also the bathtub did drain the water for like 10 minutes.

The hotel is under renovation. We encountered roaches in the bathroom and hammering. The elevators made a disturbing knocking sound. The staff was friendly but the place creeped out our dog. She would not go in without being forced. Turns out there was a dead body on the premises. We checked out early and we’re told we’d get a refund for the days we weren’t there but are STILL waiting.

It was so bad we left after 30mins abd went to another hotel. Hotels.com is horrible as well will never use them again. You guys are thieves and very dishonest. No wonder why you can't find a phone number to call.

The bathroom had a hole in the wall, the door wouldn't shut properly, and the bathroom backed up while showering. Other than that the staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The motel is super conveniently located. The room was clean and spacious. The room was only refreshed twice in the five days that I was there. They left plenty of towels for the days in between but only two coffee filters. There was hot coffee in a dispenser in the lobby everyday so I filled my cup there. Clean and convenient means a lot for more than a single night stay.

Property was dingy and beat up in hallways, reeked of cigarettes, no blankets or hangers, no cover on ironing board, only 2 sets of towels for 3 people, and a bed bug. We moved to another room and the manager apologized and refunded me. The heater in the new room didn't get warm till morning. It was nice to have a kitchenette.

This is clearly a well-used Motel. 5-stories full. It was pretty dingy overall, but the room felt safe and clean until the morning when there were bugs on the floor. On a 5- day trip, I paid the most for this one…go figure.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. When we got into our first room the TV didn't work. So she moved us to another room. When we got into that room there was no refrigerator and no phone so she moved us next door into the next room which also didn't have a refrigerator. There was no ice machine on any floor besides first floor cuz somebody had stolen the insides out of the one on second. And the air conditioner worked fairly but not very well. The following morning my husband noticed that there was drugs on our lamp that was next to our bed so overall our stay was not very pleasing but the front display was very very very cooperative and tried everything she could to make us comfortable so we do appreciate that

Room wasn’t even cleaned when we checked in at 4:00 and no one could tell us when it would be ready “Sorry we’re busy” is all I got from staff. Overall a filthy and disgusting facility and operation.

The staff was rude, the room was disgusting, even the elevators sketched me out with how much they jump. The pool was not available. They had construction down our hall (3 rooms down.) They came banging on our door threatening to kick us out because we were too loud, yet there were about 10 guests there maybe and all roomed right by each other. Will absolutely never stay there again.

We stayed all of 5 minutes because there were huge bed bugs crawling all over the bed. So gross! We left and immediately asked for a refund. The night auditor was really helpful. Just don’t go here!
