This neighborhood has a great community and layout. Spend your weekends walking and biking the trails, or head to nearby historic Haymarket to do some shopping and dining. Bicycles included with stay! Also, enjoy riding around the city enter on electric scooters, included with your stay. The town-home sits on a beautifully landscaped lot with a 2-stall garage and parking in the back. Enjoy your evenings on a private court yard and unwind. Coffee and various teas provided with disposable cups to take your coffee to go! The kitchen is stocked with spices, olive oil, waffle mix, maple syrup, silverware, flatware and basic necessities. Gas grilled provided for your summer cookouts! Enjoy your favorite music on our Echodot speakers, pop some popcorn(provided) and watch a movie! Walk to the neighborhood park/ playground or have a picnic in the town square! This is a great spot to have a small private event or get together. Wonderful spot for Husker events!

WONDERFUL stay at this BEAUTIFUL home.

Wow. This amazing house has it all. We enjoyed our Easter weekend relaxing and taking in with all this neighborhood had to offer. Excellent communication with the owner. She was so helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend this home it was spacious and had everything we needed. We will be back as we enjoyed our weekend stay in Fallbrook!

Great neighborhood!

During our stay there was a local event in the nearby green space. The event had live music and local vendors. The nearby restaurant was great. Would love to make a return stay when I have more time to spend in the area. The residence was very nice, love the kitchen! Host was easy to reach and communicated quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Only complaint was the pull-out couch was not comfortable, but are any really?

Home away from home

This home made our trip to Lincoln so enjoyable. We were in town for my sisters wedding, and she as well as all of her bridesmaids came to the house to prepare and get ready for the wedding, it was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing for photos. The accommodations were 10/10 and the location was charming, quiet, and great for walks. We dined at the restaurants within walking distance to the home and were impressed with those as well. Overall I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in lincoln and will be returning to stay for my next trip to visit my sister.

This is an absolutely wonderful home. Inna thought of everything from comfortable bedding, soft and fluffy towels, to extra coffee (including both a Keurig and drip coffee machines). The home was spotless. Location couldn't be better. We walked the neighborhood for exercise and shopped and ate at the nearby shopping center. I would definitely stay again.

Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. We wanted to arrive early so they did accommodate that and it was appreciated. Nice neighborhood too! Wish we could have explored the shops nearby more.
