No.103 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned studio condo we've named "Three Men and a Matey". Three Men and a Matey offers beautiful ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio that is steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach. This spacious studio can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and the bathroom features a bathtub and shower, remodeled in Spring 2025.

Three Men and a Matey also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Everything was great. The bathroom was updated compared to the rest of the room, but regardless was still really comfortable. The TV was big and updated, so that was great. My only complaint is that it was hot.

I thought it would be more private. But it was nice that it was on the beach. Main thing that wasn't included was the regular accommodations for a rental. It was basically a motel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future. The location was amazing with beach access just down the walkway and an unobstructed ocean view from the studio. The listing for this property was pretty accurate so we got what we expected. The TV has been upgraded to larger mounted smart TV but we did not use it on our trip. One downfall to this unit is there is a faucet on the outside wall between this unit and the one next door which people use to wash the sand off their feet so people were constantly stopping there to use it. My kids enjoyed having a pool on-site, however, they were only able to use it the first day of our stay as the pool was closed for cleaning due to the chemical levels being off after multiple families used the pool on the first day. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not.
