The Space:
203 at D Sands is a 2nd floor family suite for 6. Enjoy the amazing ocean views from the living room or balcony, and save some money with the full kitchen stocked for your convenience. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living room has a queen murphy bed as well, giving everyone plenty of space. Located in the heart of Lincoln City, there's plenty to do! Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.
